The pineapple is know as one of the healthiest fruits in nature and this is why it offers so many benefits. Without a doubt, I found this to be one of the most refreshing fruits, whether you drink it in a smoothie or by itself, it is simply delicious. Besides being so tasty, the pineapple also provide us with other very important benefits for your body and your health. Off course, there is no need to abuse, remember that nothing is good in excess, but I am sure these benefits will make you want to make it permanent on your diet!

To begin, it is important to know what is inside the pineapple. The pineapple contains fiber, bromelain, manganese, copper and vitamin C. But be careful! The pineapple that is good for you is the fresh one. If you eat the one from the can or in jam, this will not have the same benefits, it might even contain more calories because of the syrup on them.
