If you are like me, a super Instagram fan, and you dedicate at least some sacred minutes of your day to look at the new posts from your favorite instagramers, commenting, giving likes to great pictures and videos and off course sharing yours, I am sure you will love this! Nothing better than getting some motivation and tips to stay fit and healthy than trough one of your favorite apps!

We will present you some of the Instagram accounts that are fully charged with exercises and health. These instagramers are people who decided to carry a healthy lifestyle and wanted to share it with the world. The idea to follow them on social media is to inspire us and get some nice ideas of exercises or meals we can make at home, it is not just about looking at the hot bodies with envy, but to motivate us to be comfortable with our bodies and off cours to be happy with ourselves.

What I love about Anna Victoria, is that she is a girl who decided 2 years ago to change her life completely and become a healthier person. In her IG account, she says herself that she felt good with her body and that is not why she changed her life style, it was because she had really bad eating habits and wanted to improve that.

In this account you will find not only great exercise routines, but also a lot of motivation with images from before and after from girls around the world.

For any newcomers to my page, it's very important to me to point out that my journey was not about how I looked. I was quite happy with myself, which is what took me so long to make a change to begin with. The changes I needed to make were my poor eating habits and lack of exercise. I was eating myself into the doctors office with health problems at a young age, which led me to changing how I ate (whole, natural foods, not counting calories just eating healthy) and I began to exercise (strength training). If you take care of your body, physical improvements will naturally follow. Can you imagine having an Instagram account with your best friend, where you travel all over the world doing exercise routines¡ Probably not!  But ok, this is exactly what these two girls do. If you want an Instagram account that is not only enterteining but also you can see all kinds of circuits and cardio exercises, then you must follow them. Take a look of what I am talking about.

Here you will find not only excellent exercise routines, but also inspiration for healthy food. When there is a post about food, you will only be able to crave it, but you will be able to look at the recipe and do it yourself, so there are no excuses! The best of this, is that Shonda constantly tries to find new ways to exercise with objets that you can find in your house which will give us a ton of ideas and will make it easier for those days that you can´t head to the gym.

In IG_weightloss you will find a bit of everything, and you will never be bored because there are also pictures with a bit of humor and mocking the exercise life. You will find tips, recipes, routines, before and after pics, but mostly a lot of motivation.

How the account´s name says, it is Fat fighting food, which means it is super healthy and with only seen the account it will open your apetite.

Natalie Jill, is certified coach and nutricionist, she calls herself the weight loss genie. She shows many videos and short routinesm easy to do in your house without the need of much or any equipment. You will also be able to see a bit of her life style and see her relationship with her family trough a healthy life.



This acount is perfect if you are someone who prefers to train at home, maybe because you dont have much time or it could be dificult for you to go to a gym. How the name says it, it is only exercises that you can do from home, or your garden or while you are traveling. One of my favorite things about this account is that it shows different people doing the routines at their houses, so it really gives you different perspectives and you can have great new ideas of spaces on your houe where you can train.


 And there you have it, I am sure you have already click on follow to some of them. I have taken many good ideas and motivation that I will apply right away!
